Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the original, unworn items with all tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
